The senior DoD acquisition review board chaired by the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition & Technology. The Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff is the Vice- Chair. Other members of the Board are the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Technology, Service Acquisition Executives of the Army, Navy, and Air Force; the Director of Defense Research and Engineering; the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Program Analysis and Evaluation; the Comptroller of the Department of Defense; the Director of Operational Test and Evaluation; the appropriate Defense Acquisition Board Committee Chair; and the Defense Acquisition Board Executive Secretary.
