• Dictates correspondence and prepares or verifies district reports.
• Answers inquiries of confidential or technical nature.
• Confers with officials of other government agencies to effect mutual cooperation in enforcement activities.
• Reviews civil case reports on customs violations to determine disposition.
• Schedules training and work assignments.
• Serves as consultant to district customs director.
