  • Verifies specified amount and proof of distilled liquor produced.
  • Directs workers in preparing and storing ingredients, such as sour beer.
  • Prepares flavoring ingredients used in distilling gin.
  • Reviews distillation records to verify adherence to specified formula.
  • Inspects operating condition of stills and auxiliary equipment.
  • Performs other duties as described under supervisor master title.
