A professional who feeds machines that automatically pull snouts or jawbones from hog heads and split heads to prepare meat for further processing. Respnsibilities include:

• Cuts jawbone joints and sides and front of snout to prepare parts for pulling process, using knife.
• Positions and holds head on bed of automatic machines to pull snout or jawbone from head or to split head in half.
• May trim cheek meat from head with knife subsequent to removal of jawbone.
