• Depresses pedal to raise machine bed against cutting blades that cut grooves (channels) in insole.
• Adjusts lever to control width of cut, following work ticket.
• May turn handwheel to regulate speed of cutting blades.
• May tend machine to bevel outer edge of insole.
• May channel outsoles and be designated outsole channeler.
