• Pulls end of cloth through turning pipe (slotted metal form).
• Opens and pulls end of cloth over turning pipe and circular spreader.
• Inserts turned end under feed rollers and laps end around takeup roll. Shifts lever to activate feed and winding rollers.
• May mount roll of tubing on stand and remove turned rolls.
