In previous times, this traditional house was the palace of the king, and is found in the province of West Nusa Tenggara. This house, which was built during the reign of Sultan Muhammad Jalaludding Syah III sometime in 1885, was constructed of wood. Now, the house functions as the Sumbawa Museum. Items depicting the history of Sumbawa Regency can be found in this museum. The palace consists of twin buildings supported by 99 huge timber columns.
